PURPOSE: To deliver yarn in an unslacked state by providing a slackness absorbing part for making tension act so as to pulling back a tensioning part to the side of a storing part with a tension member between the cylindrical storing part of a small diameter and a tensioning part for applying tension to yarn.

CONSTITUTION: A prescribed tension is applied to yarn taken out of a storing part 1 for storing the yarn 4 in an unrestricted state by friction with a tensioning part 2. Under the tension below that applied in the tensioning part, the slack of the yarn is absorbed by power of a tension member 6 in a slack absorbing part 3.
