Title:
YARN PORT MOVEMENT MECHANISM IN YARN FEEDER FOR TORCHON LACE MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016117976
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn port movement mechanism in a yarn feeder for a torchon lace machine which enables a carbon yarn to be supplied to a knitting part without causing the carbon yarn to come apart.SOLUTION: In a yarn port movement mechanism in a yarn feeder for a torchon lace machine according to the present invention, a yarn port 9 slidably set on an upright body is provided in a movable body 7 having a weight (balanced with the spring force of a spring energizing a vertically sliding body downward) necessary for being able to follow a drawing-out point of a carbon yarn K drawn out from a bobbin. When the drawing-out point is located on the upper side of the bobbin, the yarn port is moved up while following the drawing-out point against the weight of the movable body. On the contrary, when the drawing-out point is located on the lower side of the bobbin, the yarn port is moved down by the weight of the movable body while following the drawing-out point. Consequently, the drawing-out point from the bobbin and the yarn port can always face each other in a right-angle manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
