Abstract:

To provide a yarn setting device for a winder for thermoplastic fibers, capable of greatly improving yarn setting performance, without requiring a large facility investment, resulting in a lower cost in setting yarn to the winder for thermoplastic fibers.

The yarn setting device for a winder for thermoplastic fibers is for a winder which winds thermoplastic fibers of a filament size of 33 decitex or less to a bobbin which rotates at a winding speed of 3500 m/min or over. A plurality of filaments are simultaneously sucked by a suction device to be guided by a yarn setting guide composed of a yarn path regulating guide and a direction converting guide provided right below it to be guided to a yarn holding part of the bobbin to be set.
