To normally perform yarn splicing for stretchable yarn.SOLUTION: A first yarn guide 33a and a second yarn guide 33b are arranged between a twisting nozzle 31 and a first untwisting pipe 32a, and between the twisting nozzle 31 and a second untwisting pipe 32b, respectively. By pressing a yarn Y1 on a yarn feeding part side and a yarn Y2 on a winding part side from the front toward the rear by thread handler levers 36a, 36b and twist stopping guides 37a, 37b, the yarn Y1, Y2 are introduced to the yarn guides 33a, 33b. At this time, the yarn Y1 cut by a cutter 34a is introduced to the first yarn guide 33a, and then the yarn Y2 gripped by a first clamp part 35a is introduced to the first yarn guide 33a.
