Abstract:
To provide a yarn splicing device that is reduced in the number of components, and made compact is size, and to provide a yarn winding device including such a yarn splicing device.
A splicer 8 is a device that splices yarn ends, and includes: a stepping motor 24; a cam mechanism 60 that is driven by the stepping motor 24; a yarn cutting mechanism 80B whose operation is controlled by the cam mechanism 60 and that cuts the yarn end; and a yarn clamping mechanism 80A whose operation is controlled by the yarn cutting mechanism 80B and that clamps the yarn end.
