Abstract:
PURPOSE: To save the labor for supplying bobbins to a yarn supplying device by providing plural loading frame, which can be loaded with a yarn supplying unit, in a carrying vehicle for carrying the yarn supplying unit to a multistage type yarn supplying device, and providing a yarn supplying unit locking member and a yarn supplying unit feeding mechanism in each loading frame.
CONSTITUTION: Two stages of yarn supplying unit loading frames 2a, 2b are arranged in a carrying vehicle P provided with casters 11... under a frame 1. Each loading frame 2a, 2b has plural rollers 22a, 22b on the top surface thereof respectively, and one end thereof is supported 28 by the frame 1 pivotally, and the other end thereof supports locking members 21a, 21b, which hooks a base 3 of a yarn supplying unit 3 to lock with a hook, pivotally like a seesaw in the supporting plate 14 side. The locking members 21a, 21b are oscillated through a rod 12 to be elevated by the operation of a pedal 13, and the yarn supplying units on the loading frames 2a, 2b are fed out through the rollers 22a, 22b with the inclination of the loading frames 2a, 2b when the pedal 13 is operated more.
