Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn winder for efficiently producing a package by using the fact that winding efficiency differs depending on a winding unit.SOLUTION: A yarn winder includes a plurality of winding units and a control part. Each of the plurality of winding units winds a package. The control part controls the plurality of winding units. The control part executes control to calculate a scheduled package winding completion time in each winding unit. The control part holds an amount produced showing the amount of the packages whose winding is completed, and when a difference between the amount produced and a scheduled amount of production becomes a predetermined value or less, executes control to determine whether or not a new bobbin is to be supplied to the winding units on the basis of the scheduled winding completion time.
