The bobbin support 7 supports the yarn feeding bobbin 21. The bobbin supply device drive motor 41 drives the bobbin supply device 60. The bobbin support drive motor 43 drives the bobbin support 7. The control part 6 controls the drive of the thread handler lever 31. The yarn approaching lever 31 is driven by a thread handler lever drive motor 42 being an exclusive drive means arranged separately from the bobbin supply device drive motor 41 and the bobbin support drive motor 43.
