Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a fluctuation in winding velocity by storage amount control at a yarn storage part.SOLUTION: A yarn feeding part 7 feeds a yarn 20. A yarn storage part 18 stores the yarn 20 fed from the yarn feeding part 7. A winding part 8 winds the yarn 20 stored at the yarn storage part 18 and forms a package 30. An upper limit sensor 36 detects whether or not an amount of storage of the yarn 20 at the yarn storage part 18 is a predetermined upper limit or more. A drum driving motor 19 adjusts the velocity of the yarn 20 coming out of the yarn storage part 18. A control part 25 executes storage amount control for controlling the storage amount by performing the adjustment of the velocity of the yarn 20 by the drum driving motor 19 within the range of a predetermined adjustment width. In parallel with the storage amount control, the control part 25 executes adjustment width reduction control for narrowing the adjustment width to a target value on the basis of the information detected by the upper limit sensor 36.
