Abstract:
To provide a yarn winding system capable of feeding appropriate bobbins from a circulation conveying part in which yarn feeding bobbins and bobbins having no yarns wound thereon flow in mixture to a yarn winder and a fine spinning frame in a simple and inexpensive constitution.SOLUTION: A yarn winding system 1 includes a third conveyance part 53 conveying yarn feeding bobbins 11 and empty bobbins 13 in one direction in a mixed state. The third conveyance part 53 includes a first yarn amount detection part 71 for detecting the presence of contact with a feeler 71C disposed so as to come into contact with a yarn layer of a bobbin B, a second yarn amount detection part 73 for detecting the presence of capturing yarns Y2 with a residual yarn brush for capturing the yarns Y2 wound on an outer peripheral surface of the bobbin B, and a first branch part 53A carrying the bobbin B detected by at least one of the first yarn amount detection part 71 and the second yarn amount detection part 73 into a fourth conveyance part 54 and inhibiting the bobbin B which is not detected by both the first yarn amount detection part 71 and the second yarn amount detection part 73 from being carried into the fourth conveyance part 54.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
