Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent deterioration of luminance of a bulb after lighting for a long time by enhancing heat resistance of an SiO2-V2O5 yellow film in a yellow bulb where the yellow film is formed on a glass bulb.
CONSTITUTION: A translucent metal oxide coating film having mainly the amorphous structure is formed on an SiO2-V25 yellow film. Formation of the metal oxide coating film restrains crystal-grain growth, which may cause opaqueness of the yellow film, of V2O5 in the yellow film.
