Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a yellowing-resistant deep dyeing polyhexamethylene adipamide fibers useful even in the field of clothes, especially inner wears by specifying the amino end group concentration and carboxyl end group concentration and concentrations of a hindered phenol (antioxidant) and a phosphorous acid compound in the fibers.
CONSTITUTION: The polyhexamethylene adipamide fibers are obtained by regulating the amino end group concentration A (mequiv./g) in the polyhexamethylene adipamide containing 100-85mol% hexamethylene adipamide recurring units to ≥55 and the carboxyl end group concentration B (mequiv./g) therein to ≤60, the sum total thereof to 75-175 and further the amounts of one or plural hindered phenol compounds (antioxidants) of formulas I to III contained in the polyhexamethylene adipamide fibers and the phosphorous acid compound contained therein to 0.01-1wt.%. Thereby, the deep dyeing can be carried out without causing yellowing or dullness.
