Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a young sardine-like food inexpensive, with its price stabilized compared to young sardines, free from fishy smell, and tasty and healthy as a kind of fish flour.
CONSTITUTION: A boiled fish paste material is ground and mixed with tea and/or seaweeds and/or edible calcium followed by aging and then chopping into fine pieces or drying to obtain the young sardine-like food.
