Abstract:
To provide a zirconium (Zr)-based metal glass alloy that has excellent properties such as high glass-forming ability, high strength, high ductility, high corrosion resistance, high viscous processability, precision castability, and high brightness.SOLUTION: The Zr-based metal glass alloy contains, in atom %, zirconium (Zr) of 62% or more and 67% or less, niobium (Nb) of 1% or more and 5% or less, titanium (Ti) of 0.5% or more and 2% or less, copper of 12% or more and 15% or less, nickel (Ni) of 8% or more and 10% or less, and aluminum (Al) of 7.5% or more and 8.5% or less, and has a composition represented by Zr62-67 Nb1-5Ti0.5-2Cu12-15 Ni8-10Al7.5-8.5.SELECTED DRAWING: None
