PURPOSE: To condense X rays without aberration when deflection is generated by determining the radius of curvature of the deflection, a diameter of a rim of a non-X-ray transmitting member nth from the inside of a concentric circle, a focal length and the like a zone plate to meet a specified formula.
CONSTITUTION: When the radius of curvature of deflection of a zone plate is represented by R, the radius of a rim of a non-X-ray transmitting member nth from the inside of a concentric cycle by rn, the wavelength of X rays used by λ and a focal length of the zone plate by (f), layout dimensions of the non- X-ray transmitting member to meet r =nfλ+(n2λ2/4)(1-2f/R). This enables the condensing of X rays without aberration when a support film deflects by an atmospheric pressure difference, load or the like.
