Abstract:
PURPOSE: To minimize the size of a lens shutter type camera in an optical axis direction by making a zoom lens barrel a three-step extention mechanism so that the lens shutter type camera may be made compact.
CONSTITUTION: This zoom lens device is constituted so that a fixed barrel 1 attached to be fixed in a camera main body A, a straight advance lead barrel 3, a straight advance barrel 5 and an advancing barrel 6 may be successively extended, and three movable barrels 3, 5 and 6 are all housed in the fixed barrel 1 by supporting a 1st lens frame 7 supporting a 1st lens group 7a in the advancing barrel 6 so that it can move in the optical axis direction and supporting a 2nd lens frame 8 supporting the 2nd lens group 8a in the straight advance barrel 5 so that it can move in the optical axis direction, and the sum of the extended amount of three movable barrels is made much larger than that in the conventional device.
