Abstract:
Provided is an absorbent article in which an absorber is arranged in the waist region, wherein the absorbent article is capable of fitting to the waist portion on the wearer's body. In the front waist region (S1), an absorber (50) has a high basis weight region (HR) and a low basis weight region (LR) adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction (L). The basis weight of the absorbent material in the low basis weight region (LR) is lower than the basis weight of the absorbent material in the high basis weight region (HR). The length (WL) of the width direction (W) of the low basis weight region (LR) is 1/2 or more of the width (W1) of the absorber (50) in the front waist region (S1). The length (LL) of the front-rear direction (L) of the low basis weight region (LR) is equal to or greater than the thickness (tc) of the absorbent core (51).
