Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition and an adhesive sheet capable of enhancing adhesiveness to a cured article and having a phase separation structure, which provides high strength by proceeding with fracture along with a border of separated phase each other during cohesive failure of the cured article by an applied external force.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer, an epoxy thermosetting resin and a thermosetting agent, a cured article obtained by curing the adhesive composition has a phase separation structure and the phase separation structure of the cured article has a first correlation length Lof 1.2 μm or less and a second correlation length Lof 6.5 μm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
