Abstract:
An aircraft 1 takes off vertically. The aircraft 1 comprises: a fuselage 10; one or more pairs of fixed wings (20-1 to 20-4) which extend from the fuselage in the right/left direction; and a plurality of first rotor blades (402-1, 402-2). The first rotor blades are supported on the one or more pairs of fixed wings and are rotary-driven, to thereby generate thrust that propels the aircraft vertically upward. Two or more first rotor blades, among the plurality of first rotor blades, are disposed in each of four quadrant regions divided by a first plane P1 which is perpendicular to the right/left direction of the aircraft and passes through the center of gravity of the aircraft, and a second plane P2 which is perpendicular to the front/back direction of the aircraft and passes through the center of gravity of the aircraft. In each of the four quadrant regions, at least one of the two or more first rotor blades, which are disposed in said quadrant region, has a center axis of rotation not tilted with respect to the vertical direction, and the remainder of the two or more first rotor blades has a center axis of rotation tilted with respect to the vertical direction.
