PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a range to be influenced by a fault at low cost and in a short time.SOLUTION: An influence range identification device includes: opposite device data storage means for correspondingly storing opposite device data identifying an opposite device that is connected oppositely to a network connection device for connecting two or more network devices with each other and network connection device information identifying the network connection device; network connection device discrimination data storage means for storing network connection device discrimination data for discriminating whether a device is the network connection device, correspondingly to the network connection device information; and influence range identification means which uses the opposite device data and the network connection device discrimination data to identify the influence range to be influenced by a fault occurrence device in which a fault occurs, among the network connection devices.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
