Abstract:
To drive a switching cock even if an air compressor is stopped, in an asphalt plant equipped with the switching cock operated by an actuator driven by air generated by the air compressor.SOLUTION: An asphalt feeder 1 has an asphalt tank 3 that stores asphalt, which is a constituent material of asphalt mixture, and has an asphalt inlet 11 and an asphalt outlet 13, an inlet side switching cock 5 that opens and closes the asphalt inlet 11 by being driven by an actuator 15 that operates with fluid pressure, an outlet side switching cock 7 that opens and closes the asphalt outlet 13 by being driven by an actuator 17 that operates with fluid pressure, and a dedicated fluid tank 9 for storing the fluid pressure for driving the inlet side switching cock 5 and the fluid pressure for driving the outlet side switching cock 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
