Abstract:
To provide an atomization apparatus for efficiently producing fine metal powder.SOLUTION: The atomization apparatus according to the present invention comprises a hollow-shaped cylindrical body 31 having an opening by the piercing of upper and lower end faces and a BLT (ultrasonic wave generation means) for generating ultrasonic waves at the inside of the cylindrical body, in which plural melting raw materials which flow toward a lower part are atomized by respectively passing through the nodes of sound pressure in a stationary wave sound field formed at the inside of the cylindrical body in a state in which the opening is directed vertically to produce metal powder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
