Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment assisting device and method for assisting an attachment technician during attachment work and the like in an aircraft or a spacecraft.SOLUTION: An attachment assisting device has a shape of a garment of a technician and comprises a plurality of chambers, at least one sensor part, a work status control part, and at least one pressure control part. The plurality of chambers are integrated into a plurality of areas of a garment fabric and configured to be filled with gas by a connector of a gas pressure source. The at least one sensor part is configured to measure a gas pressure in the different individual chamber and/or different groups of chambers. The work status control part is configured to generate and/or adjust a work status signal. The at least one pressure control part is configured to adjust a respective gas pressure according to the gas pressure measured in each of the plurality of chambers and the work status signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
