Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate an EV system even if a storage battery capacity becomes empty in the EV (Electric Vehicle) system.SOLUTION: An EV system 10 is provided with a detachable power generator 20, and the power generator 20 is connected to the EV system 10 through a connector 21. When an engine 22 is started, a motor generator 23 connected to the engine 22 rotates. A controller 29 can supply a DC voltage according to a voltage required by the EV system 10 from an inverter 24 by phase-controlling the inverter 24.
