Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio system that can make two audio apparatuses perform stereo reproduction while synchronizing setting information on reproduction when performing synchronization reproduction by combining them.SOLUTION: An audio system 10 includes two or more audio apparatuses 4-11, 4-12, 4-12, 4-13 and 4-15 capable of communicating with each other, and sets a stereo pair composed of one as a master unit and the other as a slave unit among two audio apparatuses in the audio system 10. The audio system includes operation means for accepting the input of reproduction instructions and stop instructions on audio signals for two channels and setting information on reproduction. The master unit transmits the audio signals for two channels to the slave unit and reproduces an audio signal for one channel among them by delaying it on the basis of the instructions and the setting information. The slave unit receives the audio signals for two channels from the master unit and reproduces an audio signal for the other channel among them on the basis of the instructions and the setting information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
