Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery and a battery pack in which a first and second members of a housing has good sealability between them.SOLUTION: A battery includes a housing, a power storage unit, and a metal part. The housing includes a first member and a second member which are joined with each other, and also includes an accommodation portion inside the housing. The power storage unit is accommodated in the accommodation portion. The metal part is disposed across the first and the second members to cover a boundary between the first and second members.
