Abstract:
To provide a battery module capable of adjusting pressure in the module body more appropriately by means of a pressure regulation valve.SOLUTION: A valve body 35A is held in compression state, when it is pushed to the bottom wall 36 side by means of a cover 34. Compressibility ratio of the valve body 35A changes according to the pushing amount of the cover 34, and the seal surface pressure of a continuous hole 39 also changes. The valve body 35A has a second portion 52 of lower degree of elasticity than a first portion 51, and the second portion 52 is lowering the sensitivity of seal surface pressure for the pushing amount of the cover 34. In a bipolar battery 2, pressure adjustment in the module body 11 by a pressure adjustment valve 12 is thereby hard to deviate from a desired adjustment state, even when the pushing amount of the cover 34 varies. Consequently, more appropriate pressure adjustment is realized in the bipolar battery 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
