Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle battery tray which is water-tightly manufacurable, and has high reliability, even if a linear welding part is extremely reduced or even by spot welding, by combining an aluminum alloy plate material and an aluminum alloy extruded shaped material, and an on-vehicle battery frame (a frame body).SOLUTION: In a battery frame 50, an on-vehicle battery tray provided so that tray units 2a and 2b are constituted of integrally molding aluminum alloy thin plates in a HAT type cross-sectional shape, these tray units 2a and 2b are superposed to cross with each other and are joined in respective corner parts, and the mutual tray units are integrated and are assembled in a box-shaped water-tight structure, is supported by an outer frame 10 wherein four frame units 11, 12, 13 and 14 comprising aluminum alloy hollow extruded shaped materials, constitute the respective sides.
