Abstract:
To provide a battery unit which can position a fan relative to a battery module and fix the fan without using a bracket etc. for fixing the fan to improve assemblability.SOLUTION: A battery unit 20 includes: at least one battery module 30; a base plate 60 on which the battery module 30 is placed; a passage 60a which is formed between a lower surface of the battery module 30 and the base plate 60 and in which a cooling gas for cooling the battery module 30 flows; and a cooling device 40 which sends out the cooling gas to the passage 60a. The cooling device 40 includes: a fan 41 which sends out the cooling gas to the passage 60a; and an introduction duct 42 connected to a suction port 41c of the fan 41. The fan 41 is fixed to the base plate 60. The suction port 41c of the fan 41 is open upward. The introduction duct 42 is disposed above the fan 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
