Abstract:
When compressed air does not act, a seal member (30) is in contact with an outer periphery (21) of an inner ring (20). When the compressed air acts, a contact area between the seal member (30) and the outer periphery (21) of the inner ring (20) is reduced, as compared to when the compressed air does not act. Accordingly, it is possible to provide an air turbine bearing unit capable of promptly stopping rotation.
