Abstract:
To provide a belt transmission mechanism which can ensure synchronous rotation even if a speed of a motion accompanied by forward/reverse rotation is increased.SOLUTION: A belt transmission mechanism 1 has an auto tensioner 5 for automatically maintaining the tension of a toothed belt 4 via a first tension roller 51 and a second tension roller 52 which are arranged so as to be turnable in positions for sandwiching a pulley center line PL for connecting a center of a drive pulley 2 and a center of a driven pulley 3, and the auto tensioner 5 has an oscillation shaft 53 which passes a point on the pulley center line PL which is separated to the drive pulley 2 side from a cross point between a roller center line RL for connecting a center of the first tension roller 51 and a center of the second tension roller 52 and the pulley center line PL, and is parallel with a drive shaft 21. The auto tensioner also comprises a spring 54 for energizing the first tension roller 51 and the second tension roller 52 in a direction in which they are attracted to each other, and makes the first tension roller 51 and the second tension roller 52 freely oscillatory with the oscillation shaft 53 as a center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
