Abstract:
To suppress degradation in quality of a beverage to be supplied.SOLUTION: A beverage supply device includes a control part 20 in which, when a beverage supplying instruction is received, a cup C is transferred to a preparation position S1 by a transfer mechanism 12 and a drink raw material and drink raw water are mixed inside the cup C by a paddle member 161 to generate a beverage, and the generated beverage is served by transferring the cup to a serving position S2 by the transfer mechanism 12 in a state where the generated beverage is poured into the cup C. The drink raw material includes a high-viscosity component for improving viscosity of the beverage, and the control part 20 generates the beverage by mixing the drink raw material and drink raw water by rotating the paddle member 161 that has been lowered into the cup C while pouring the drink raw water into the cup C at the preparation position S1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
