Abstract:
To favorably clean a paddle member.SOLUTION: A beverage supply device includes a control part 20 in which, when a beverage supplying instruction is received, a cup C is transferred to a preparation position S1 by a transfer mechanism 12 and a drink raw material and drink raw water are mixed inside the cup C by a paddle member 161 to generate a beverage, and the beverage is served by transferring the cut to a serving position S2 by the transfer mechanism 12. The drink raw material includes a high-viscosity component for improving viscosity of the beverage, and when the cup C is transferred to the serving position S2, the control part 20 performs a cleaning operation in which the paddle member 161 is lowered from a standby position to an advancing position while discharging hot water composing the drink raw water to the paddle member 161 as rinsing hot water and rotates the paddle member 161 after completion of the discharge of the rinse hot water, and after the rotation the paddle member 161 is raised to the standby position and then discharges the hot water composing the drink raw water as post rinse hot water, and after completion of the discharge of the post rinse hot water the paddle member 161 is rotated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
