Abstract:
To provide a beverage extraction apparatus capable of preventing extraction dregs of raw material from remaining in a cylinder.SOLUTION: A beverage extraction apparatus includes: a cylinder 21 charged with raw material 20 and hot water (drinking water); a liftable filter block 16 fitted below the cylinder 21, disposed at an ascending position where it is abutted to the cylinder 21 via a paper filter 10 and a packing 17, or disposed at a descending position where it is not abutted to the cylinder 21; a hot water charging inlet 44 (washing water charging inlet) through which rinsing hot water (washing water) is charged into the cylinder 21; and a control part 300. The control part 300 descends the filter block 16 from the ascending position to a temporarily stopping position located upper than the descending position, and charges the rinsing hot water into the cylinder 21 through the hot water charging inlet 44.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
