To provide an apparatus for producing beverage, devised so as to reduce generation of clogging of an extraction object with respect to a production technology of beverage.SOLUTION: An apparatus for producing beverage includes: an extraction object container 40 storing an extraction object (roasted coffee beans, tea leaves or the like); and a passage area 42 through which the extraction object stored in the extraction object container 40 passes. In the passage area 42, a downstream side is branched into a first passage 421 and a second passage 422, the passage area 42 has a guide part 423 capable of switching between two states of a state of guiding the extraction object to the second passage 422 (state shown in figure 29), and a state of not-guiding, and the guide part 423 can vibrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 29
