Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance binding force in a record material bundle in a bind process where a projecting part and a recessed part are combined to bind the record material bundle.SOLUTION: A bind member comprises upper tooth having a tooth shape consisting of a projecting part and a recessed part for forming a projection and a recession on a sheet bundle, and lower tooth having a tooth shape for forming a projection and a recession on a recording material bundle and consisting of a recessed part 552 and a projecting part as a partner of a pair with the upper tooth. Either one of the upper tooth or the lower tooth of the bind member comprises a recessed region S recessed rather than a virtual line β as an extension line of a second side surface 552c as an inclined surface on the recessed part 552 of the tooth in cross sectional shape of the tooth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
