The object of the present invention is to provide a blade with a base capable of suppressing a decrease in yield caused by the overflow of an adhesive. The solution of the present invention is a blade with a base for cutting, which is configured to be mounted on a rotary shaft and includes a disc-shaped base and an annular blade. The disc-shaped base has an opening portion formed in the center and penetrating from a first surface side toward a second surface side. The annular blade is fixed on the first surface side of the base. The first surface side of the base is provided with a recessed portion and a contact surface. The recessed portion is formed in an annular shape surrounding the opening portion and configured to be coated with an adhesive for fixing the blade to the base. The contact surface is closer to an outer peripheral side of the base than the recessed portion and contacts the blade. A side surface of the recessed portion located on the outer peripheral side of the base is inclined with respect to the contact surface so that an outer diameter of the recessed portion increases from a bottom surface of the recessed portion toward an edge of the recessed portion.
