Title:
FITTING CONFIRMING STRUCTURE FOR MULTIPOLAR CONNECTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3188338
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a fitting confirming structure for a multipolar connector capable of surely confirming the fitting completion of the connector.
CONSTITUTION: At the moment when a wire spring 23 gets over a conical part 12a, a slider 24 is situated in the farthest position from a stopper 27, and when the wire spring 23 gets over the conical part 12a and is fallen into a ring groove 12b, the extended space of the wire spring 23 is momentarily returned to the original space, and the slider 24 is also pushed back outward. A striker 26 mounted on the slider 24 is collided with the stopper 27 by the movement of the slider 24 to generate an impact sound. Simultaneously, the wire spring 23 also generates a sound by being touched by its edge part when it gets over the conical part 12a, this sound is resonated with the impact sound to generate a larger sound, and the perfect fitting of both connectors can be surely confirmed.
