To provide a body warming/cooling device capable of reducing sense of pressure of a user, and improving fitness.SOLUTION: A body warming/cooling device in an embodiment includes a pair of first thermoelectric elements, and a neck hanging member 21. The pair of first thermoelectric elements are provided on a position corresponding to each carotid artery on the right side neck and on the left side neck of a user. The neck hanging member has the first thermoelectric elements provided inside. In the neck hanging member, respective tip members on the right side and left side provided with the first thermoelectric elements are bendable to rear members arranged on the rear of the tip members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
