Abstract:
A brake disc (1) that includes a plurality of fins (15) and ribs (26). The plurality of fins (15) are arranged along the circumferential direction of the back surface (15) of the brake disc (1), and extend in the radial direction of the brake disc (1). The ribs (26) are arranged on the back surface (14), connect two adjacent fins (15), and extend from the inner circumferential side toward the outer circumferential side of the brake disc (1) along the radial direction. An end portion (17) of the ribs (26) on the inner circumferential side of the brake disc (1) is connected to the back surface (14) of the brake disc (1), and an end portion (19) of the ribs (26) on the outer circumferential side of the brake disc (1) is not connected to the back surface (14) of the brake disc (1). The ribs (26) have an inner surface (23) that is formed at least on the end portion (19) of the rib (26) on the outer circumferential side of the brake disc (1), and that faces the back surface (14) of the brake disc (1).
