Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make thickness uniform and to prevent bare to be caused by the defective flow of rubber by forming an air inflow-outflow channel which enables the inflow of air into a bladder molding cavity formed by upper and lower molds and a core with a mold closed and the outflow of air from the cavity in the core.
SOLUTION: A mold apparatus is equipped with upper and lower molds 1, 2 and a core 3 and forms a bladder molding cavity 4 with a mold closed. An air inflow outflow channel 30 is formed in the core 3. The channel 30 is composed of a hollow chamber 23, a pipe 31 attached to an upper member 14, and gaps 32... formed between mating faces 18, 19 of the upper member 14 and the lower member 15. In other words, the pipe 31 is fixed to the upper wall 14a and the lower wall 14c of the upper member 14, and its downward opening part is opened in the recession of the lower wall 14c (a hollow chamber 23 with the core overlapped). The gaps 32... make the hollow chamber 23 and the cavity 4 be connected and communicate with each other.
