Abstract:
To provide a brushless DC motor that can increase output at a low cost with a reduced investment in new facilities and metal molds.SOLUTION: A brushless DC motor comprises: a shaft 6; a first stator 11a and a second stator 11b; and a connection part 13, and the two stators and two rotors are the same component, respectively. The first rotor 12a and second rotor 12b are positioned such that field magnetic fluxes generated respectively therefrom become the same on a surface perpendicular to the axial direction, and the inner diameter of the connection part 13 is larger than the outer diameter of the two stators. The first stator 11a and second stator 11b respectively include star-connected coils comprising three-phase winding, wherein the phases of the first stator 11a and the phases of the second stator 11b are matched with each other and connected in parallel to each other, include one temperature detection part 30 and a set of position detection parts 31, and are drive-controlled by one motor drive circuit 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
