Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap unit which prevents a lid body from being opened by improper operation.SOLUTION: A cap unit comprises: a cap body 8 which seals an upper opening section 2d of a container body 2 and has a faucet or a pour spout 13 at an upper portion thereof; a lid body 9 which is rotatably fixed to the cap body 8 through a hinge section 24 and opens or closes the faucet or the pour spout 13 with the same energized by an energizing member installed on the hinge section 24 in a direction to throw open the faucet or the pour spout 13; and a lid lock mechanism 10 which locks up the lid body 9 at a position to seal the faucet or the pour spout 13 against energizing force of the energizing member. The lid lock mechanism 10 has an operation button 27 positioned above the lid body 9. A lock state of the lid body 9 can be released by pushing down the operation button 27 after sliding the operation button 27 toward the hinge section 24. Then, the lid body 9 can be rotated in a direction to open the same with the energization by the energizing member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
