Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of improving load resistance received from a rear suspension unit while suppressing the enlargement of a cross member.SOLUTION: A vehicle body frame 11 has a pair of right and left frames 110R and 110L, and a cross member 53 for coupling the pair of the right and left frames 110R and 110L. One end of a rear suspension 61 is coupled to a suspension supporting portion 64 of the cross member 53. The cross member 53 is made from a non-circular pipe having a long diameter 126 of a diameter D1 on a cross section, and a short diameter 125 of a diameter D2 which is shorter than the long diameter 126. When assuming a line passing through the short diameter 125 as a minor axis 121, and a line extending at a right angle to the minor axis 121 as a major axis 122, an axis A of the rear suspension intersect the minor axis 121 of the cross member.
