Abstract:
To provide a cartridge of which a set opening part can be opened and closed.SOLUTION: A cartridge includes a cartridge case, a second tape path 257 on which a printing tape introduced from a device side tape introduction port is fed toward a device side tape discharge port, and a slide plate 313 which can move with respect to the cartridge case. The second tape path 257 includes a set opening part for setting the printing tape on the second tape path 257 from a first width end surface as one end surface in a width direction of the printing tape before the ribbon cartridge 201 is mounted on a cartridge mounting part. The slide plate 313 includes an opening open/close part 389 which opens/closes an opening/closing area 260 included in the set opening part. The slide plate 313 can move between an opening position in which the opening open/close part 389 opens the opening/closing area 260 and a closing position in which the opening open/close part 389 closes the opening/closing area 260.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
