PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which can obtain a fiber-reinforced composite material that is lightweight and is excellent in flame retardancy, and contains prepreg.SOLUTION: A laminate 10 has a first outermost layer (X1) 12 formed of one or more prepreg (x1) 12a formed by impregnating a reinforced-fiber base material formed of either or both of a carbon fiber and a glass fiber with an epoxy resin composition containing an epoxy resin, a flame retardant and a curing agent; a second outermost layer (X2) 14 formed of one or more prepreg (x2) 14a formed by impregnating a reinforced-fiber base material formed of either or both of a carbon fiber and a glass fiber with an epoxy resin composition containing an epoxy resin, a flame retardant and a curing agent; and an intermediate layer (Y) 16 which exists between the first outermost layer (X1) 12 and the second outermost layer (X2) 14 and contains either or both of a polyethylene terephthalate fiber and an acrylic fiber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
