Abstract:
The present invention relates to a casting device comprising: an introduction unit for introducing an inoculant into a casting stream of molten metal on the basis of an inoculation setting value including at least one of the introduction amount and the introduction time of the inoculant; and a setting changing unit that changes the setting value such that the deviation between the quality of the casting, which is indicated by the test result of the test for evaluating the quality of the manufactured casting, and a preset reference is reduced. In the casting device, when the quality of the casting does not satisfy the reference, the following process is performed at least once: a setting changing part changes the setting value, and an inputting part inputs the nucleating agent into the pouring liquid flow according to the changed setting value.
