Abstract:
PURPOSE:To test electric parts provided with a larger number of terminals by a testing machine whose number of channels is small by bringing an interface circuit for connecting each terminal of the electric parts and each channel terminal of the testing machine to switching control by a changeover switch. CONSTITUTION:A interface circuit 14 is connected to each terminal A-H of a device 10 being electric parts to be tested, and each channel terminal I-L of a testing machine 12. The interface circuit 14 is constituted of changeover switches S1-S8. The changeover switches S1-S8 are brought to switching driving by a switch changing driving circuit 16. In this state, when a switching control of the switch changing driving circuit 16 is executed by a control of the testing machine 12, in spite of a fact that the number of channel terminals of the testing machine 12 is set to half of the number of terminals of the device 10, the number of those terminals increases equivalently, and the device 10 can be tested.
