PURPOSE: To prevent stress concentration on a delivery pipe caused by influence of inertial force generated by mass of a muffler, and prevent breakage of the delivery pipe by fixing the muffler to a mechanical part.
CONSTITUTION: When a refrigerant is compressed, a compressor unit 9 is vibrated mechanically, and a muffler 18 is also vibrated. Since the muffler 18 is fixed to a block 15 by means of a fixing tool 20, vibration in the same phase with the compressor unit 9 is generated. Thereby, stress concentration on a mechanical side delivery pipe 17, which is caused by the fact that relative displacement between vibration of the muffler 18 and vibration of the compressor unit 9 becomes large by influence of inertia force generated by mass of the muffler 18, can be prevented. Thereby, since the occurrence of noise caused by the vibration of the compressor unit 9 can be restrained, high reliability can be secured, and the noise can be reduced.
