Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge device and a battery pack device which can improve output characteristics of secondary batteries.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge control device 3 according to the present invention controls charging/discharging of secondary batteries 20 which use an active material with a two-phase coexistent reaction. If the charging/discharging is to be started at a predetermined rate which is equal to or higher than a rate determined in advance in the secondary batteries 20, then the charging/discharging at the predetermined rate is started immediately after charging/discharging at a low rate which is lower than the predetermined rate. A battery pack device 1 according to the present invention comprises: a battery pack 2 which is obtained by assembling the plurality of nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries 20; and the charge/discharge control device 3 which controls the charging/discharging of the battery pack 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
